Slightly reworked the Cabinet:
1) you cannot add the domain again if it already exists in the database.
(if your site is added someone else write support)
2) you cannot change the url of the site in the editor.
(You can delete if not blocked)
3) brought the cause of the blockage site.
(for each site, with a button to recheck)

There will be more innovations and more functionality...
